Is the Heveya® Scented Candle safe for children and pets?

Compared to soy and paraffin wax candles, our coconut wax candle emits significantly less soot and toxins. This can be attributed to coconut wax burning cleaning and naturally without relaxing toxins. Generally, it is essential to keep the candle (lit or unlit) a safe distance away from inquisitive children and pets.

How can I ensure the Heveya® Scented Candle is of high quality?

A clean wick, medium flame, accompanied by a dense feel when held in hand are tell-tale signs of a premium candle. A candle that is heavy when held shows that it has been hand-poured (less air bubbles within the wax). A candle that is made in batches will have a medium flame (not too high, and not too low of a burn - unlike its mass-produced counterparts).

How long is the shelf life of the Heveya® Scented Candle?

Our 100% vegetable candles are hand poured. A good rule of thumb is to light it within 12 months of buying it.

We recommend placing your diffuser on your bedside table next to you as you sleep. This guarantees the most pleasant scents of aromatherapy from our sleep blend - for ultimate relaxation!

Can I leave the diffuser with the Heveya® Wellness Sleep Blend on all night? 

Leaving your diffuser on with the sleep blend would mean that you are being exposed to the smell of essential oils 7-8 hours consecutively - which isn’t recommended. It is best to leave your diffuser on with the sleep blend for about 30 - 60 minutes before sleeping!
